We have two PC Health Checkup options available to ensure that your PC is safe, optimised, and running the way it is supposed to and that your data is safely backed up.
ANNUAL PC MAINTENANCE PLAN

Billed annually, multiple checks
- 1 hour onsite visit to:
- Physically clean out the interior of your computer*
- Run software to check your PC for malware and viruses
- Check your storage and search for misfiled data files
- 30 minute remote session to:
- Run software to check PC for malware and viruses
- Check for security and OS updates
- 30 minutes of free remote support for your device:
- For any issue related to your computer
* Please note that for iMacs 2012 and later, removal of the screen is not possible onsite. The fans can be vacuumed out onsite, however, if you wish for a full internal physical clean, top-up of $60 will be required and we will need to take back the computer to our workshop and deliver back once the work is complete.
How do I select a date for the PC Health Checkup?
Once you sign up to your chosen plan, we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time for the initial onsite PC Heath Checkup. For people on the Annual Maintenance Plan, we will also schedule a remote session 6-months from the date of the onsite checkup.
What if issues are detected?
If we detect any issues with your software, hardware or backup, we will provide you with a full diagnosis and quote for repairing/ rectifying the problem. Any additional time spent onsite will be billed at $120 per hour.
What if I sign up to the Annual Maintenance Plan and I leave Singapore?
No problem at all, just notify us that you are leaving Singapore and we will cancel your subscription. We can also use any un-used services to prepare your computer for relocation.
